Santas Getaway

Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

60 ml rum of choice
50 ml coconut cream
90 ml Pineapple Juice
3 Tbs Jars of Goodness Paradise In A Jar
lots of Ice

METHOD

Put everything in the blender with lots of ice and blend.
Rim the glass with dry coconut flakes
Put two pineapple leaves upright along the side of the glass for a simple but elegant garnish.

This should be served in a tall glass
