Preparation time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

 

  • A handful of finely chopped spring onions
  • Coriander leaves and stems, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of the Jars of Goodness Periperi Sauce
  • French fries

METHOD

  1. In a pan over low heat, sautée the onions and coriander stems.
  2. Add in the paprika, periperi sauce and a dash of water.
  3. Add in the fries and toss them around in the sauce until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Finish it off with the coriander leaves and a pinch of salt to taste.
