Raspberry Jalapeno Jam Glaze

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Jars of Goodness Raspberry Jalapeno Jam
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
½ tsp dried thyme

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a pan
Cook on medium heat for 5 mins until the sauce thickens.

Recommended serves:
Perfect for glazing Pork, Chicken, or Halloumi cheese
