Peri Peri Glaze

Preparation time: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS

100ml Jars of Goodness Peri Peri sauce
3 tsp ground cumin
100ml maple syrup

METHOD

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan
2. Let it simmer for 5 mins or until it thickens.
3. Drizzle this on your mouth-watering dish!
Recommended serves:
Perfect for glazing Chicken, Potatoes, Prawns, Halloumi cheese, or Paneer cheese.
